1 clove organic garlic, crushed or pressed
1/2 cup nonfat plain organic yogurt
5 teaspoons white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/3 cup low-fat organic cottage cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated organic parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon natural Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Puree garlic and cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add yogurt, parmesan, vinegar, and Worcestershire. Pulse to blend. Season with salt and pepper. To make ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
